Terms and Conditions
Bookings
Bookings made via Pitchup are to be paid in full seven days before arrival. Bookings made via our website are confirmed on receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit.
All electric pitches have a minimum stay of 2 nights during normal periods. Over bank holiday weekends the minimum booking period for electric pitches is 3 nights.
Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception. Balance of pitch fees must be paid in full before pitching.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your pitch.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Pitches must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
Arrivals from 12:00. If you are running late and will be arriving after 8pm please phone and let us know.
Changes to your holiday
Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.
Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended in camping units.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
General
Quiet hours must be respected between 10.00 pm and 08.00 am.
The main gate is locked between 11.00 pm and 08.00 am. Please phone the farmhouse if emergency access required outside of these hours.
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
Ball games, frisbees, kite flying etc. must be kept in the designated areas away from the main camping field.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The water supply is for the use of campers for drinking, cooking and hygiene purposes only. The water supply must not to be used to wash vehicles or camping units.
Illegal drugs and substances are not permitted on site at any time.
Alcohol must be used in moderation. Anyone found to be drunk and disorderly will be removed from the site without refund.
Occupancy
No hen/stag parties permitted.
Vehicles
Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
Visitors
Visitors are required to sign in at reception on arrival, pay the visitor day charge of £3 per person per day and vacate by 9pm.
Drones
To minimise disturbance to wildlife and for the privacy of other campers, drones are not permitted to be flown on site.
BBQs and Fires
Fire pits and charcoal BBQs are not allowed on site. Gas BBQs only can be used.
OPEN FIRES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Farm Areas
Campers to use camping field only. Strictly no admission to farmyard or barns.
Children
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially in the communal areas such as by open bodies of water, toilet block and washing up area.
Electric Fence and Barbed Wire
The fishing pond is surrounded by an electric otter fence with barbed wire. There are also other barbed wire fences around the site. To prevent injury do not touch or climb them, or allow your child to do so.
Fishing Pond
Access to the fishing pond is for people fishing only. Please contact Jon on 07977598946 to book tickets. Fishing is closed 1st - 30th April to minimise disturbance to spawning fish
LITTLE OWLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE FOUND TO NOT BE FOLLOWING THE ABOVE RULES TO LEAVE THE SITE, WITHOUT REFUND.
